Ingredients: Yellow Corn.
Basic Recipe: Add 1 part grits to 4 parts water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve with butter.
