The long, crisp, dried leaves are dark brown with beautiful tawny tips; the infusion has a soft, almost rose-like scent that imparts a pleasing taste without astringency. Try it as an elegant, subtle breakfast or afternoon tea.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roarin steep for 3 min. Try with rock sugar.
